About us
Ardners is a specialist firm of independent chartered accountants based in Central London. It was established in 1995 by Surendra Sumaria-Shah.
Born in 1955, Surendra is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England Wales. After qualifying in 1979 he worked with a major international practice for three years before joining a UK top 30 firm of chartered accountants where he became a partner in 1986. Whilst managing one of their two audit and business services departments, he was also responsible for developing the firms IT and administrative departments.
Surendra has extensive experience derived from acting for a wide range of corporate and personal clients, some with strong international presence. He also has considerable experience in assisting entrepreneurs as well as international businesses setting up successful operations in the United Kingdom.
